Focus On Jesus

True Christianity is not a religion based on rules and rituals,
but a living relationship with Jesus Christ.

Many people reduce Christianity down to attending church
meetings and trying not to commit a list of certain sins.

But being a Christian is being united with Jesus, a member of
His body, with His life in your heart.

Jesus should be your focus -- not religious activity -- but the
person of Jesus, the Lord and Christ.

1 CORINTHIANS 1:9 NIV
9 God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus
Christ our Lord, is faithful.

Church meetings, Bible reading, etc. can be good, but should
not be allowed to become an end in themselves. They are tools
to help us know Jesus and walk more closely with Him.

The Bible says we are to be faithful; but faithful to what: a
religious system, an organization -- or, a Person? Are you
serving Jesus -- or serving something else as His substitute?

The focus of your life should be to please Jesus.

COLOSSIANS 1:18 NRSV
18 He is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning,
the firstborn from the dead, so that he might come to have
first place in everything.

Does Jesus have first place in your life? In your schedule? If
not, why not?

In everything, Jesus should be central.

Just have a 3 days 2 nights camp! Hoho
The next camp will be on 17-20
The camp was SOO fun!!
But was like training muscles hahaha
So now I have to run everyday to maintain it until my second camp LOLOL!!
The camp we were like running here running there!! Haha
Then slept with Tracy n Sherman haha!
Yay! Tracy nvr oinkoink LOL

Thinking of dreams... Does anyone of you out there have dreams but don dare to achieve or make the first step? hmmmmmmmm actually, instead of dwelling and thinking too much, taking the first move is already the best thing u could ever do, because thats what u begin. Btw my cds last sem was on business type, and me n partner did on dreams. haha i cant believe we did that LOL sometimes, u find it easy to encourage ppl but difficult to do it to urself right? gahh, it always happen.. hahaha xD okkk cut short! maybe i am going to do some recordings :O lets see xD hoho stay tune(?) than

Many times we are just too busy and we left out Him. We only pray when we need to. I was like this too. That's why when I finally woke up.. I felt empty. But he loves every single one of us. He will still answer ur prayers. But our distance with him will go further and further...
Place without him is a dangerous place. So why are you going out of that place? Always rejoice and stay with him. He will not leave you.. Only u are the only who is drifting away from him.. Times like this, u just need to run towards him, his arms will always be wide open for you.
Recently I have just been to another church and it was so meaningful. I have to say that without him there will not be me. When I was at my lowest, I raise my hand at the highest to seek for him. He saved me.
Bible phil says don't look back. When ppl have negative comments on you, remember its already 1 seconds away from now. It had past. However, what we humans normally do is to carry all this comments until it gets heavier n heavier. Why not let this heavy loads get off from you?
For love always remember " Remember girls (and guys), take your time in finding the right one in you. Why the hurry? Never feel like you need to have somebody for the sake of fitting in. Most importantly- find somebody that brings out the best in you. " --- Bubz
I guess many of us found a partner because we wanted to or because we were lonely. Or even because both of u love one another.. But always remember if u are finding a lifetime partner, it ain't simple n it's not that complicated. You will know it when it comes.. Because he/she will be the one who brings out the best in you and not wanting you to change yourself for their sake.
